You review an answer from an AI model, grade it from 1 to 5 against the project rubric and record your reasoning. A second expert grades the same item independently. No prior experience with AI is required.
Is a post-contractual non-compete clause binding on an employee if no compensation is agreed?
Yes. The clause is binding as long as it does not exceed two years.
